Hello, Penguins!

I made a new Club Penguin fansite at http://penguinplanet.110mb.com/. It has forums, a wiki, and will soon have more.   It is also Waddle World’s sister.

What does this have to do with the possible CPCentral closure? Well, I put phpBB3 on it, MediaWiki, and now probably WordPress, and that may be where CPCentral will move, either to http://penguinplanet.110mb.com/blog or http://penguinplanet.110mb.com/cpcentral. Tell me what you think!

Maybe… – CPCentral might reopen!

Hello, Penguins.

Remember 10/26, the awesome day when I released Waddle World v0.24, and the dreadful day I closed Jimmy574’s Club Penguin Central? After a lot of thinking through, I have almost 11,000 hits and although no questions for me to come back to this blog, I still found a lot of comments showing that this site has potential to become a good information base for Club Penguin and Waddle World after all.

So,  we have 2 options:

• Reopen CPCentral
• Keep closed

You decide by leaving a comment.

Since that October day, a lot has happened.

• Waddle World has advanced to Beta v0.30
• Waddle World now has 84 members
• Our hack was fixed a while ago
• Club Penguin released Newspaper 100
• Club Penguin had its 2-year anniversary, where you could get yellow party hats
• Club Penguin had a trick-or-treat extravaganza  at its Halloween party
• Rockhopper came and left twice

Blog go bye-bye – CPCentral is closed

Hello, penguins.

It’s been good, but my blog is going straight downhill and there is no reason to keep it running. Comments will no longer be moderated, but I will check my cue from time to time. Pretty much the only places you will see me currently are Miniclip Forums (http://penguinforum.miniclip.com/) and my fangame, Waddle World (http://waddleworld.forumaction.net). I will only come back if I feel like it or my cue is flooded with comments asking for me to come back.

By the way, Waddle World’s beta released today. Go check it out.

Wigs! – Hairstyles for penguins, Creation Shop and Money Box down

Hello, Penguins!

That “new way to decorate your penguin” that Billybob has blabbered about is finally out! I don’t find it too amusing, but they are okay, check out the new Big Wigs catalog in the Gift Shop for some wacky hairstyles. They are head items and can be stored in the inventory. They even have salon chairs in the Gift Shop, too! I’m not sure if nonmembers can buy these cool styles, but tell me what you think!

Also, sorry about the delay in your requests in the Creation Shop and the delay for the re-opening of the Free Money Box, but I’ve been caught up in working with Forumotion to save Waddle World. Unfortunately, our forum has been gone for over a week and I’m considering just moving to another forum.

The ULTIMATE glitch – Items for free

Well, I’ve decided to abandon Waddle World until a technician comes to fix it. So, I’m playing Club Penguin for now.

Last night, I discovered the glitch that ALL members want! FREE ITEMS! You heard me.

1. Make sure you have enough coins for the item you want to buy.

2. Buy it.

3. Quickly! When you are notified that it has been added to your inventory, immediately disconnect your ethernet cable/wireless receiver/dial-up cord or whatever you use for your Internet from your computer, and you will be disconnected, resulting in a connection loss.

4. Click the “Log Off” button. You will come up with the 404 error screen. Plug back in your Internet and connect. Then, hit F5 or click the Refresh button.

5. Log into Club Penguin. You will have your item and your coins if done correctly.

6. Make yourself look like the richest penguin ever without spending anything!

How the glitch happens: when you buy an item, it is added to your inventory first. It won’t deduct your coins until after. Losing connection from the game will stop the process; resulting in your item and your coins still there.

Waddle World – Hack options

Attention, all [url=http://waddleworld.forumaction.net/]Waddle World members,[/url]mconnell’s hack has totally screwed up our forum and Forumotion, like the lazy idiots they are, are just sitting there, not giving a care about my forum.

Here are our options:

• Restore all of the boards and main forum things, posts won’t be restored
• Wait for a Forumotion technician to restore EVERYTHING

Waddle World Hacked! – Someone hacked my forum!

It turns out that mconnell hacked Waddle World Forums (http://waddleworld.forumaction.net) and now it won’t even load!

 I notifyed Forumotion, but they are WAY too slow! If you know someone who can really fix this, please tell them right away!

Official Announcement – Free Money Box Re-Opening Soon!

Because so many penguins have asked for it, I’m officially announcing that the Free Money Box will once again re-open this Monday due to the low level of spam!

But, be warned – none of the following:

• NO E-MAIL
• NO NORMAL COMMENTS
• NO ASKING FOR MONEY WITHOUT INFORMATION
• NO CLAIMING THAT I HACK

If that occurs, you will be on the banlist on the sidebar, all of your further comments will be deleted, and finally, the Free Money Box will be closed because you wrecked it for everyone.

Cool Stuff – New Fall Fair prizes and pin, Furniture Catalog/Secrets, Deal with Waddle50008

Sorry I haven’t posted in a while, nothing much has happened on the blog.

 Well, they have new prizes at the Fall Fair, grab yours before it ends on Monday!

- Circus Tent Pin, 100 tickets

- Teddy Bear Background, 400 tickets

- Cotton Candy, 600 tickets

- Feathered Tiara, 1200 tickets

- Candy Necklace, 700 tickets

 And now, the one EVERYONE bugs me about. The Lollipop can only be obtained after getting all of the above prizes. Then, pull the rope that appears in the Prize Booth, and it will appear. It is a congratulations for winning everything at the carnival, and it costs 1000 tickets.

Also, the new pin is the Ping-Pong Paddle, pick yours up at the Snow Forts.

The catalogs: there is a new furniture and igloo catalog, let me explain everything new.

The furniture catalog contains a Ferris Wheel Couch that looks like a cart from a ferris wheel for 760 coins. Then, a Circus Ball for 170 coins, multi-coloured balloons for 15 coins each, and a Blender for 220 coins. Also, as autumn approaches, we need more fall plants! All Houseplants, Snake Grass plants, Ficus Plants, and Large Houseplants can be changed to orange by pressing the up or down arrow keys while holding them.

The new Igloo Upgrades catalog contains only new flooring. A Blue Carpet is in stock for 530 coins and a floor of Dirt and Leaves can be purchased for 400 coins.

Secrets for the furniture catalog: the only one I could find let you purchase the Pop Art Painting when clicking on the Beach Ball for 450 coins.

Upgrade secrets: clicking on the crowbar on the top left of the floor removal page will reveal the Secret Stone Igloo for 2000 tickets, clicking on every word “snow” in the entire catalog and clicking on the window of the Basic Igloo will reveal the Snow Globe for 3700 coins. Lastly, clicking on the door of the Deluxe Snow Igloo will reveal the Secret Deluxe Stone Igloo for 5000 coins.

Final news: Waddle50008, who got barred from CPCentral for spam a while ago, was revealed to be the user Spudpie on my Waddle World (http://waddleworld.forumaction.net/) and we made a deal: I more than likely will be changing the name sometime before or after the beta.
