Sorry I haven’t posted in a while, nothing much has happened on the blog.

 Well, they have new prizes at the Fall Fair, grab yours before it ends on Monday!

- Circus Tent Pin, 100 tickets

- Teddy Bear Background, 400 tickets

- Cotton Candy, 600 tickets

- Feathered Tiara, 1200 tickets

- Candy Necklace, 700 tickets

- Paddle Ball, 1500 tickets

 And now, the one EVERYONE bugs me about. The Lollipop can only be obtained after getting all of the above prizes. Then, pull the rope that appears in the Prize Booth, and it will appear. It is a congratulations for winning everything at the carnival, and it costs 1000 tickets.

Also, the new pin is the Ping-Pong Paddle, pick yours up at the Snow Forts.

The catalogs: there is a new furniture and igloo catalog, let me explain everything new.

The furniture catalog contains a Ferris Wheel Couch that looks like a cart from a ferris wheel for 760 coins. Then, a Circus Ball for 170 coins, multi-coloured balloons for 15 coins each, and a Blender for 220 coins. Also, as autumn approaches, we need more fall plants! All Houseplants, Snake Grass plants, Ficus Plants, and Large Houseplants can be changed to orange by pressing the up or down arrow keys while holding them.

The new Igloo Upgrades catalog contains only new flooring. A Blue Carpet is in stock for 530 coins and a floor of Dirt and Leaves can be purchased for 400 coins.

Secrets for the furniture catalog: the only one I could find let you purchase the Pop Art Painting when clicking on the Beach Ball for 450 coins.

Upgrade secrets: clicking on the crowbar on the top left of the floor removal page will reveal the Secret Stone Igloo for 2000 tickets, clicking on every word “snow” in the entire catalog and clicking on the window of the Basic Igloo will reveal the Snow Globe for 3700 coins. Lastly, clicking on the door of the Deluxe Snow Igloo will reveal the Secret Deluxe Stone Igloo for 5000 coins.

Final news: Waddle50008, who got barred from CPCentral for spam a while ago, was revealed to be the user Spudpie on my Waddle World (http://waddleworld.forumaction.net/) and we made a deal: I more than likely will be changing the name sometime before or after the beta.

Club Penguin Central is starting to go downhill, ever since the Fall Fair started. I usually expect to see my moderation cue at 10 comments or more like it usually is, but now I get between none and two. I don’t know what is causing my blog to plummet into the toilet, maybe it is the Fall Fair on Club Penguin. Also, don’t forget to answer Picture UnPerfect or Igloo Showcase.

 Also, I received a disturbance at Waddle World (http://waddleworld.forumaction.net/) and someone is  copying me and I don’t know what I copied.

Also, this wasn’t here before, but they brought back the Burger Booth from the Waddle On Water Party and put it in the Mine with a bunch of cool stuff! Go check it out.

Here are some more details about the Fall Fair.

Booths from other parties. Yup, you heard me.

- At the beach, you will find the Snow Cone Table from the Festival of Snow back in February, but with a different tablecloth and the banner is yellow this time.

- On the mountain, you will find the Ice Cream Booth from the Summer Kick Off Party ‘07 in May. Pull out your aprons!

- On the dock, you might remember the Juice Bar from the Cove Opening Member Party if you were a member.

- In the Snow Forts, you can see the Iced Treats Stand from the Waddle On Water Party last month.

- In the Plaza, you can see the Pizza Cart from the Winter Fiesta.

HydroHopper is the new official name for Ballistic Biscuit. It has a new title screen, too. But, when it is loading, it still says “Loading Biscuit.”

Billybob also stated on the Developer Blog this quote:

“This is the biggest party Club Penguin has ever had so be sure to tell your friends so they don’t miss it!”

I didn’t know this was the biggest, but it is a blast! Look what the Club Penguin Team also put in the “Fun Stuff” section? New desktop wallpapers!

If you didn’t get on Club Penguin today, you might want to, the Fall Fair, or better known as the content in Rockhopper’s crates, started today, and there is a multitude of new things.

- 6 Carnival Games

Here are the carnival games you can play to get tickets!

- Memory Game, Beach, match two cards of the same type

- Grab & Spin, Dock, Wheel of Fortune for tickets

- Ring the Bell, Dock, bang the target with the mallet and ring the bell for 25 tickets

- Puffle Paddle, Snow Forts, spank falling puffles with a paddle and don’t let them go to the bottom

- Puffle Shuffle, Forest, pick the correct puffle under the hat - very tricky

- Feed-a-Puffle, Cove, shoot 100 Puffle-Os at the jumping puffles to win tickets

Hello, penguins!

You might want to check out the new newspaper, apparently the Fall Fair will be like a Chuck E. Cheese’s - you will be winning tickets at fun carnival games and you can exchange them at ticket booths for prizes. I hope that goes for all you non-members out there, too. The news said there will be lots of prizes. Here’s a little tip if you have school tomorrow when the fair starts: try to stay up until 10:00PM PDT tonight, sneak out of bed when your mom goes to sleep, or just wait, whatever you have to do, the fair will start at 10:00PM tonight (Penguin Daylight Time), Club Penguin puts their servers down for maintenance at that time and update everything. I probably won’t see it tonight, but I hope this is a good fair like the one I was at last week (hopefully they don’t have the ferris wheel at the Fall Fair if they even have rides - literally, I almost jumped out of my cart).

Thank you for the great progress and support for me here at Club Penguin Central. Other than spam (Waddle5008 ), I have also received a lot of good comments that help support my website. I would like to give you a great big thanks. This only means one thing:

Next Friday (when the Fall Fair starts), I am going to throw a humongous party to replace the constantly postponed ones in my igloo, and it will follow pretty much the same timetable. I will try to get more info up soon.

Also, has anyone seen Rockhopper yet? I hear Boulderdash1 (http://boulderdash.wordpress.com/) is throwing together a Rockhopper Find Guide and I want us to help him with it. You can post the comments of where and when you found him here and I will get them to Boulderdash ASAP. You can also go direct to his website and post if you wish.

If you haven’t checked the telescope lately, you might want to see who comes back on Friday. Rockhopper’s return on Friday also marks the new pin being hidden and excitement being sparked when the Lighthouse gets more boxes. I wonder if Rockhopper will get mad that one box opened? LOL. I am also going to look at a Club Penguin user tracker because it is very accurate when finding Rockhopper. I hope I get the background this time! If you want to find him, go to http://sigs.clubpenguinhq.com/tracker and look up Rockhopper. It won’t find you, however, it is VERY out of date. Here at Club Penguin Central, we will keep you updated on Rockhopper’s locations from time to time, even with pictures.

 The Fall Fair is also going to be soon, I can’t wait!

I have seen a lot of spam comments in my moderation cue lately asking for the link to the illegal Waddle World. For the last time, I’m not giving the link. Any spam comments asking for it in the future will give you a warning, asking again will have all comments in my moderation cue by your IP address will be deleted, I can still tell if it is you or not, even if you use a different username.

Also, I’m planning the party again. This time, it is for the 2,000 hits and the re-opening of CPCentral last month. The party will start on Friday, using the exact same rules and timetable from the posts about that party.

Anyone can join the party. That means newcomers to Club Penguin, too. You will be kicked if you try to lead us into the HQ because we can pick up non-agents.

 You will absolutely not believe what is going on at the illegal Waddle World, they are claiming that I was banned for reasons that don’t make sense after coolguy12 gave me an anonymous browsing thing and his password so I could see why they are completely going nuts.

They are plagerists, they are rude, inconsiderate, illegal, and are banning uncontrollably. I’m urging you not to join them.

Also, the new catalog comes out tomorrow so I’m making a grab for the new clothes since I’m well over 20,000 coins. I hope you members enjoy the new clothes tomorrow.

Yesterday, I accidentally clicked one of Rockhopper’s crates in the Lighthouse when trying to click somewhere else, and the crate fell open, revealing a box with a circus tent and a banner showing the words “FALL FA” with more rolled in the banner. According to the new Penguin Times newspaper that I read this morning, two penguins where playing hide and seek, one penguin climbed on the box to possibly try to get behind it and a crate fell open. Rockhopper is bringing cargo for a Fall Fair, coming near the end of September. That’s why we couldn’t open the crates a while ago and he left to grab more -  you can’t carry an entire fair on a pirate’s boat. Hopefully when he returns next week, we will be able to have fun at the fair and grab the free item! There are always free items at parties.

Ballistic Biscuit is being renamed. Since you can ride on a wakeboard instead of a biscuit now, they are renaming the game, although I’m unsure if they are renaming the wakeboarding game or both. You can vote in the Newspaper or on the homepage’s Penguin Poll, the names are the same on both. You can view the results for both the newspaper and the poll at the Penguin Poll after voting or clicking on “View Results” on the poll. I voted for HydroHopper, personally, it sounds like an appropriate name for the game.

Well, remember all the things about the illegal Waddle World and try to join my Waddle World forums (which are WAAAY more legal) at http://waddleworld.forumaction.net/ and wait patiently - it comes out this month around the time the fair will start!

Here are some Club Penguin facts that you will get a kick out of.

#1: Ballistic Biscuit was actually not a Club Penguin created game. You may have heard of RocketSnail Games, they have a wide relationship with Club Penguin. They first created Ballistic Biscuit, but there are many differences: the screen is smaller, you control a camp counselor on the tube, and on the boat, there is the driver, a lady, and a tall black penguin? Weird. The gameplay was much faster, but the jumps only lasted 3 seconds, on Club Penguin’s version, you stay in the air for about 5 before landing on the water. You can also only jump over one obstacle at a time in the original. The obstacles were the same, except for an old man fishing on a raft that you could jump over. The score only allowed about 3 digits, Club Penguin had about 6. RocketSnail’s site is closed, but you can play the original at http://www.lilgames.com/ballistic_biscuit.shtml. I played it on RocketSnail long before they shut down, though. You can see some screenshots below.

#2: Before our modern Penguin Times newspapers, near late 2005, the newspapers costed about 10-20 coins. Now, the newspapers are totally free.

#3: The penguins with party hats are not always beta testers. There was a Club Penguin birthday party last year where you could grab a different-coloured party hat.

#4: Before the Ballistic Biscuit crew created the obstacle course parked a boat at the Dock, Rockhopper originally parked at the Dock, according to his journal. I also heard somewhere that you couldn’t go on his ship originally.

#5: The Lighthouse actually didn’t open too long ago. It opened in November 2006, where the Club Penguin Band performed during the opening.
